OPTION: THE BASICS

4 WEEKS LONG | 1 HR SESSIONS

Does boiling water make you nervous? Are you afraid cutting yourself is inevitable? Does the thought trying to put together a healthy meal leave you scrambling?


No more dialing for carry out, put the phone down! With this program you will gain confidence and learn kitchen basics allowing you to create life giving fuel for yourself and those you love.


Coach around blocks that prevent you from being comfortable in the
kitchen.
Work on knife cuts and explore seasonings. Food prep, Food safety, and handling. Learn about life giving foods.

OPTION: NOW YOU'RE COOKING

4 WEEKS LONG | 1 HR SESSIONS

All sessions are hands-on, virtual or in-home (greater St. Louis MO area).

You can only take deprivation for so long and find yourself back in the land of fried foods and convenience and your quest for optimal health has officially derailed. You have bought the lie that eating healthy is boring. There is no way you can live a life where you can’t enjoy delicious tasting food!
